This list my latest drawing... I worked on it all last week and finished this morning. Actually I still am going to journal on the "ribbon" part so I am not really totally finished. Started with the upper corner after drawing the "ribbon". It took me a while to figure out the pattern, found some directions at I think at tanglepatterns.com. It is a cool pattern, put it didn't flow right for me with the rest of my drawing. I may draw another version of this page with an idea I have brewing in my head.
Now it's the beginning of a new week that I hope is calmer than this past week. Dealt with a work load is extreme (and will be the same next week), on top of that, a crazy event that happened with an employee on leave (not good) but, the best was the celebration of my daughters best friends marriage. We have known her since first grade... my daughter was in the wedding and so we basically had two nights of fun! My calves hurt from dancing. Have a great week and thanks for looking!
Sometimes, with the intense craziness around us, you can find intense good. Sound like you have been able to! I love the look you got with the "rolled up paper" in this one!
ReplyDeleteDancing is good! Maybe that's how I stayed so thin when I was younger??? :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog this morning. I like that we share the love of ZENtangle - or as I call it "controlled doodling" LOL
Very cool zentangle--so colorful and intricate! It's great that you could dance away your stress!
ReplyDeleteWow, your zentangle is getting more and more intricate. The color shading work is great. Well Done! ;)
ReplyDeleteI love your zentangles. Most I have seen are simply black and white. Your colors add so much!
ReplyDeleteI love Zentangle #31. I also like the idea of "silliness". I could use a lot more of that in my life, so you have inspired me.
